EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: SHERICE

Sherice is our Human Resources manager. When she is not tackling these tasks, she helps in the shipping department, marketing, and so much more. She really does wear multiple hats around here and we are lucky to have her around. She comes up with all our trade show designs and is the mastermind behind helping move this company into a larger online presence, making it easier for our customers to shop our products.

When Sherice is not working she enjoys watching YouTube videos that inspire DIY projects, camping, and spending time with her family. She has a huge heart and puts her family first and as the Mother of three boys this can be challenging however, she has more than exceled at it.

Sherice described her favorite part of working at Sturm as being two aspects. The first is “I really enjoy going to the trade shows. I like being able to interact with our customer base and put faces to names. We have some really amazing customers.” Her second favorite aspect of Sturm goes as follows; “I also enjoy showing up and working with our employees. I like to see how they can grow as both an employee and an individual. They teach me as much as I can teach them. We are a small company and constantly leaning on each other for support to complete the task at hand.”
